Fully Vulcanized EPDM/PP Based TPV
Properties and Characteristics
Fully vulcanized EPDM/PP based TPV is a new type of thermoplastic elastomer. It features excellent resistance to dynamic fatigue, tear and abrasion; and very good weatherability. It resists deterioration from water-based acid or alkaline liquids and polar oils. TPV can be used at temperatures between -40℃ and 150℃, and provide an extra serviceability for the most demanding applications.
The manufacturing process of TPV utilizes the advanced dynamic vulcanization technology and twin screw technology.
All our products are made under the supervision of the National Engineering Technology Research Institute of Engineering Plastics used for Stress Structure.
